Dumplings

Holy crap.. I practically slept the day away. Sorry :[

I got home today and my mom just sent me straight to practice my Chinese Harp, and I did so for maybe half an hour. Then I fell asleep.. on the instrument. Even though it looks pretty prickly, it actually felt kind of cool :D but if you think about it, when you're dead tired and just want to lay down somewhere, prickly or not doesn't matter to me. Yeah so I fell asleep on my instrument and I woke up with these huge red lines on my face.
I still kind of have them.

Anddd then I realized it was my day to write. Crap. It's like already twelve.
Kind of stuffing my face with dumplings too because my mom's making me eat them to grow taller?
I don't understand how dumplings are supposed to make you grow taller. They're all different.. even their bread is different! So pretty much now I have to gobble down three to four dumplings a day. Yum

Oh yeah, just the other day I met a friend of my friend, Catherine, who is Shanghainese :DD wohooo! I don't really see her everyday, but we call each other in the hallways and stuff. It's so fun calling her shanghainese words :P she calls me older sister, but I always yell at her. Thenn I found out cartoon man is also half Shanghainese. Holy crap!! I actually thought he was half Japanese because of the way he looks and the fact that he takes Japanese, but now that I think about it, he doesn't really look Japanese.

I'm actually pretty tired so I'm going to make this pretty short.
Today was kind of cool.. in some ways. Normal schedule blah blah blah. Then ceramics!! WOO I love ceramics class. Today I got to work on the wheel and boy is it fun :P I've already worked on the wheel for like three weeks even though we're only allowed on it for one week. I made a really cool pot that ACTUALLY looks and can ACTUALLY function as a pot when I get it fired and glazed and all that good stuff. But for now I'm just waiting for it to dry so they can fire it. FIAH!! I'm so out of it right now I don't even know what I ate for lunch..

oh right, I also finished my art final today... jeeze it looks so bad it's not even worthy of being in the garbage can, at least that's what I think. Wow it's taking me like half an hour to write this because my head is so woozy. I was half painting and have eating mandarines through my final, because I was hungry.. and when I thought things couldn't get worse, my friend smashed my mandarine peels on my painting and now I have this odd citric juice mark on my painting. woo go citric acid.

It was raining today, and I decided to wear short sleeves and kind of short capris.
I hope the rain goes away tomorrow.. darn you Linda :[ come with us tomorrow!!
